Prime Auto Parts

Used auto parts in Fort Lauderdale. Buyers ask one thing before they pay: does this part fit my car? I designed and built the site around that question, so VIN matching comes first instead of being buried at the bottom.

Twelve pages in all, including a blog and the privacy policy and terms. Built to show up on Google, with analytics wired in before launch.

The Order Page

My own tool. An order starts in a text message, moves to email, and by the time it ships nobody remembers what you agreed to. The Order Page keeps one job in one place, from the first message to delivery, and the client can open their own order without a password.

  • Five screens
  • Works on a phone
  • Client link, no login
  • Built by me, start to finish

A website is not the job. Keeping it working is.

What I
do

Website design & build

Design, writing, build, and launch on your own domain. Small business sites, from a single page to twelve.

Care plan

Updates, backups, security, speed, and four small edits a month — text, prices, photos, hours. You send an email, I do it. New pages, new sections and redesigns are quoted separately.

Email & newsletters

Email at your own domain, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly. Order emails and a newsletter if you want one.

Chatbots

A bot that answers the same questions you answer every week and hands the ones that need you straight to you. It answers from a script you approve, so it never makes anything up.

How it goesThree steps

How it
goes

01

You tell me about the business

What you sell, who buys it, what people ask before they buy. By email, in your own words.

02

You see the site before you pay in full

A working page on a live link, not a picture of one. You click through it and say what to change.

03

It goes live — and it's yours

Your domain, your accounts, in your name. On a care plan, I keep it updated, backed up and running.

See what I'll ask you

Answer in your own words. One line each is enough. I'll look at your competitors, handle the search words and write the text — you only tell me about your business.

Your business

  1. What do you do, and where?
  2. Who buys from you — and who do you want buying from you?
  3. What makes people choose you over the shop down the street? One honest sentence, not a slogan.

What the site is for

  1. What should the site get you — a phone call, a form, a booked appointment, someone walking in?
  2. What do people ask you before they buy?
  3. Your services or product groups — names only, I'll write the descriptions.
  4. Prices on the site: all, some, or none?

Practical

  1. Two or three websites you like — and what you like about each.
  2. What you already have: logo, photos, reviews, a domain.
  3. Hours, phone, address, service area, and any license numbers that belong on the site.

Send what you have to hello@vectorwebgroup.com — I'll ask the rest as we go. No forms, just email me.

I'm Irina. No forms, no sales pitch — the person who answers is the one who does the work.
